The Board of Examiners meets only when there is a bond issue that needs to be approved. There are no meetings scheduled at this time.

 
 
 

Board of Examiners

Secretary of State Linda McCulloch is a member of the state Board of Examiners, which serves as the issuer of state debt and approves the sale of bonds for the state. The Board is chaired by Governor Brian Schweitzer and includes Attorney General Steve Bullock.

The state Board of Examiners is authorized to prescribe the form and terms of the sale of bonds for the state and take whatever actions are lawful and necessary for their issuance and payment.
