International student life
Explore UGA’s diversity by learning about a culture that differs from your own or find a place where you can celebrate your own culture. Start by joining one of UGA’s many international student organizations. You can also find practical information, including tax assistance for international students.

Multicultural Services and Programs
The Office of Multicultural Services and Programs is a place where the experiences of people of color can be explored and celebrated. Drafted on the ideals of two UGA students, Multicultural Services and Programs (MSP) first opened its doors in September of 1989. MSP’s mission is to enhance the university’s environment by promoting student leadership and academic achievement, to celebrate the contribution and heritage of UGA’s diverse population, and to encourage the full participation of all students, faculty, and staff. MSP is a department of Intercultural Affairs within the Division of Student Affairs.
