Planning & Zoning Commission
- Composed of seven members serving two-year terms.
- Meets the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
- Recommends approval or disapproval of changes to the City’s Zoning Plan, Comprehensive Master Plan, and Major Thoroughfare Plan.
- Recommends approval or disapproval of subdivision plats and development plans.
- Annually reviews the Comprehensive Plan.
- Serves as the Capital Improvement Advisory Committee to City Council and provides the Impact Fee Advisory.
