The Municipal Airport provides a safe and efficient transportation portal into the national airspace system.

The City Secretary provides administrative support to the City Council, City Manager and staff.

The primary purpose of Planning & Zoning is to implement the Comprehensive Plan and ordinances. Divisions include Animal Services, Building Department, Code Enforcement, Environmental Health, Community Development Block Grant and Main Street.
