The City Attorney’s sole client is the City of New Braunfels. The City Attorney does not provide legal advice to citizens on private matters which do not involve the City of New Braunfels.
The City Attorney’s Office handles all aspects of municipal representation for the City of New Braunfels by providing representation and legal advice to the City Council, City Manager, City employees, and approximately 27 City boards and commissions. The City Attorney’s Office also handles the prosecution of all municipal offenses.
