Records Division
The Records Division is responsible for
collecting, disseminating, maintaining, filing,
and controlling departmental
records through the use of automated electronic
and hard file records keeping systems. The
Records Specialist is also responsible for
maintaining, filing, and controlling the
following records:
- Incident Reports
- Accident Reports
- Supplemental Reports
- Arrest Jackets
- Public Information Request

To obtain the public record
release of an incident report from the City of
Tomball Police Department, you must come in
person to the Records Division, during operating
hours. The charge for a copy of this record is
$2.00 (cash only). A subpoena must be obtained
for the release of all other documents relating
to a specific case. Any accident report made
with the Tomball Police Department can be
obtained online or by coming in to the Records
Division, with a fee of $6.00, payable by credit
card online only or in person-cash only. |
