No signs are permitted on the City's street right-of-way (ROW). The right-of-way was determined at the time of construction or widening. It can typically be measured from the center of the roadway. Telephone poles and sidewalks can help determine approximately where the edge of the ROW is located. The ROW can only be definitively determined with a property survey.
