Room 1410 has a connection to the internet.

No additional furniture or equipment is available.

All Agencies will have to provide their own equipment and do their own setups.

Setup assistance for HHS agencies is available by contacting BHBFacilities@hhsc.state.tx.us at least 3 days in advance of the meeting.

FIRE CODE - DO NOT EXCEED CAPACITY OF THE ROOM.

TFC allows bookings of shared conference rooms up to ninety (90) days in advance for all meetings that are not Board or Commission meetings. Board or Commission meetings may be reserved further than ninety (90) days into the future, and may take precedence over other requests.

Rooms 1410, 1420, and 1430 are separated by adjustable partitions. Although these rooms are left separated, the partitions may be moved to create one large room (capacity 110). PLEASE NOTE: Reserve all three rooms separately to reserve one large conference room.

Please do not affix posters or flyers to the walls with tape, pins etc. Please display on an easel or in a display case, if available.

Food and beverage sales and distribution require prior approval from TFC. Contact BMConf@tfc.state.tx.us for approval.
