Level of Need (LON) Workgroup Stakeholder Report is in response to a lawsuit settlement agreement whereby DADS facilitated a workgroup to review and make recommendations regarding the LON 9 assignment processes and procedures for the Home and Community-based Services (HCS) program. The scope of the workgroup was expanded to include a review of the rules and processes for all LON determinations and Utilization Review of Individual Plans of Care in the HCS, Texas Home Living and Intermediate Care Facility for Persons with Mental Retardation programs.
Measuring Quality Using Experience Surveys: Adult Face-to-Face Survey Results 2005 Summary provides a summary of information regarding face-to-face experience surveys conducted by the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) in 2005. Service Delivery System Design Plan Final Report is the result of DADS contracting with Public Consulting Group (PCG) to conduct several workgroups, comprised of DADS stakeholders, for the purpose of soliciting input regarding the department’s current service delivery system. PCG developed a report providing DADS with the recommendations that resulted from the stakeholder workgroups during their participation on this project. (April 2006)
