Daily Legislative Clipping Service
Search the full-text newspaper clippings database by headline, columnist, newspaper, date, or subject. A searchable database of newspaper clippings prior to April 1998 is available in the library's Capitol location. Available to Capitol users only.
Current Articles
Search the library's weekly current awareness service, an annotated list of items compiled from journals, newsletters, state agency documents, trade publications, and news magazines. Available to Capitol users only.

Legislative reports
Search for interim reports published by legislative committees. Scanned versions of reports are available back to the 65th legislative session (1975). Earlier reports are available in the library's collection.
The Joe K. Longley-Philip K. Maxwell Deceptive Trade Practices Act Collection: Legislative Archive 1973-2001
In 2004, Joe K. Longley and Philip K. Maxwell donated documents to the Legislative Reference Library relating to the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) and its private remedies amendments.
