09/15/2009 - This year marks the 30th anniversary of my only trip to South Korea, and I thought I'd dive head first back into a culture that left me with so many memories, however blurred for various reasons.

09/15/2009 - The official end of summer and the beginning of fall will arrive all too soon, but don't expect the grilling to stop. This is Colorado. Grilling may be seen as easier and healthier because it minimizes kitchen clean-up and allows fat to drip away from the meat.
