Timeline

Federal Agencies receiving Recovery funds have met the dates designated for reporting the distribution and implementation of those funds. In September, the Council of Economic Advisors begins quarterly reporting, and in October recipients of Recovery funds begin reporting the distribution of Recovery funds.

May 15, 2009	Final Agency and Program Plans submitted to Office of Management and Budget
May 17, 2009	Agency and Program Plans posted on Recovery.gov
May 18, 2009	President to report to Congress on the progress of projects in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act
August 17, 2009	Early Registration begins for Recipient Reporting
September 10, 2009	Council of Economic Advisers issues first Quarterly Report
October 01, 2009	Recipient Reporting Begins
October 10, 2009	Recipient Reporting Ends
October 11, 2009	Prime Recipients begin review of Recipient Reports and Recipients are able to make changes to their reports
October 20, 2009	Prime Recipient Review Period Ends
October 21, 2009	Federal Agencies begin review of Recipient Reports
