Severin Stone

Stone was extradited from Costa Rica and had his initial appearance on June 18, 2008, before Magistrate Judge Carl Horn III. A detention hearing was held on June 27, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. Stone is charged in a superceding indictment filed on February 27, 2008, with one count of conspiracy and 42 counts of wire fraud.

Stone pled guilty on October 27, 2008 and was sentenced on June 2, 2009 to 90 months' incarceration, 3 years supervised release and ordered to pay $5 million in restitution, jointly and severally with his co-defendants.
