Case Updates: U.S. v. Kevin Howard

ATTENTION ALL POTENTIAL VICTIMS

United States v. Kevin Howard - Court Docket Number: 3-093-1 (Appeal-5th Cir, 07-20212)

Kevin Howard, former chief financial officer and vice president of finance for Enron Broadband Services (EBS), pleaded guilty on June 1, 2009 before Judge Vanessa D. Gilmore to one count of falsifying Enron’s books and records, in violation of Title 15, United States Code, Sections 78m(b)(2)(A), 78m(b)(5) and 78ff).

Pursuant to the terms of the plea agreement, Howard faces a maximum sentence of up to twelve months of home detention at sentencing. Sentencing is scheduled for November 2, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. before Judge Vanessa D. Gilmore in Courtroom 9A, United States Courthouse, located at 515 Rusk Avenue, Houston, Texas.
