Project Description:
The cool roof (CR) program is designed to improve the integrity, insulation and productivity of City facility roof systems and facilitate installation of thin film PV system on City facilities.
According to the EPA installation of 125,000 square feet of CR systems should reduce building cooling cost, during the summer, by approximately 10%, or 359,200 kWh reduce CO2 emissions by 162 metric tons annually.
