Investments by Recipient

The Recovery Act was enacted to create and save jobs through projects funded at the state and local level. States are just beginning to send information to federal agencies detailing how they are spending some of the funds. As more data is received, the Recovery Board will update and add to the information displayed on this map. And, we'll be creating more maps illustrating additional data as it's collected.

The orange dots indicate the location of a project funded under the Recovery Act. Click on a dot and see the company that received Recovery money, the project, the amount of money allocated for the project, and its location. In most cases, the company and the project are in the same state, but they may not be in the same city. There are instances when a company based in one state has a project in another state. For example, a company with headquarters in the South may have a project in the Midwest or Northeast. As data is submitted, we'll update the map.

Click on a dot to see the company or entity that received Recovery Act funds, then click on the recipient name to see a summary of the projects. Zoom in or out using the graphic at the left.
