- DHS MGMT - GSA executed a "Right of Entry" agreement with DC to allow construction access to the West Campus for Phase 1 development off of Firth Sterling Avenue. This is a critical milestone to allow demolition and site development activities to proceed on schedule. GSA held a Kick-off meeting for the Tier 2 National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) analysis and master planning for the DHS office space to be housed on the St. Elizabeths East Campus. This effort will support the timely GSA execution of DHS ARRA funds programmed to design the new FEMA HQ on the East Campus.
