FAIR Act Commercial Activities InventoryThe Federal Activities Inventory Reform (FAIR) Act of 1998 (Public Law 105–270) directs Federal agencies to submit an annual inventory of commercial activities that are not inherently governmental but are being performed by Federal employees.
