In March 2002, Paul Lloyd, Communications Specialist of the USDA TARGET Center, provided graphics support for the USDA Section 508 Conference on June 25, 2002. As a result of the flyers and posters designed by Mr. Lloyd, the June 25th meeting was extremely well attended and deemed to be successful by all accounts. For this reason, Paul Lloyd was given an official USDA Certificate of Appreciation for Excellence in Graphic Design. |
