Medical Marijuana |
The Nevada Medical Marijuana Program
is a state registry program within the Nevada Department of
Health and Human Services, Nevada State Health Division. Our
role is to administer the provisions of the Medical Use of
Marijuana law as approved by the Nevada Legislature and
adopted on 2001. If you are
interested in obtaining an application for the Medical
Marijuana Program, please send a written request, along with
a check or money order in the amount of $50 made payable to
the Nevada State Health Division. Mail your request to:

If you have a caregiver, include a
request for a caregiver packet

for someone other than yourself, include that persons name
