Animal Population Control Program:
The Animal Population Control program provides financial assistance for low-income pet owners and people adopting pets from animal shelters to neuter their cat or dog. It is part of the state's program to reduce pet overpopulation and threats to public health and safety from mid-Atlantic rabies and other sources. Telephone 603-271-3697.
You are now able to fill in your applications online, however, if a SIGNATURE is required anywhere on the form, you may fill in the form as necessary, but save the form to your computer, download and print the form, sign the form in the appropriate locations and send to our offices with the appropriate remittance due.
