These service provider self-study courses are designed for use by persons working in SPD licensed community-based care settings and can be used to meet continuing education requirements for those settings. The service provider self-study courses are not approved for professional nursing CEUs. The cost of the service provider self-study courses for continuing education credit is $2.50 per hour of credit and must be ordered using the Self-Study Order Form.   Approved Training for Adult Foster Homes
