The PAPRS Drawdown System and FAQs

The Phone Activated Paperless Request System (PAPRS) is currently the only method of accessing federal grant funds available to first-time COPS grantees. Grantees using PAPRS for previously awarded grants must continue to use PAPRS for any new COPS awards.

PAPRS enables grantees to use touch-tone telephones to request funds. The U.S. Treasury Department automatically schedules payment for approved payment requests. The system also provides online information to grantees about the status of their requests.
