Abstract: This is the Fact Sheet that accompanies the proposed MSW landfills Federal Plan. The proposed MSW landfill Federal plan would implement the March 12, 1996 emission guideline requirements for those existing MSW landfills in States and portions of Indian country that do not have effective State or Tribal plans.
