The Bankruptcy/Mental Health project has two major components: education and evaluation. The education component seeks to inform lawyers and their clients about the symptoms of mental illnesses and resources for treatment and assistance, and to teach mental health professionals about the court system.
Attached please find proposed changes to the Local Bankruptcy Rules, which have been approved by the judges for publication for public comment. Please forward any comments you have regarding the proposed changes to stephanie_edmondson@nceb.uscourts.gov by May 15, 2009. Thank you.

All filings with the court including attachments must comply with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9037: Social Security or taxpayer-identification numbers; dates of birth; names of minor children; and financial account numbers may not appear, except as allowed by the rule.
