Park Site Closed for Renovations
The Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural National Historic Site is currently closed for renovations. In addition to physical upgrades to the Inaugural Site, we are also developing exciting new exhibits and interpretation to tell the story of Theodore Roosevelt's 1901 inauguration in exciting and engaging new ways.
The TR Inaugural Site anticipates a grand re-opening in spring 2009. Please check back for details.
More information is available on planned improvements to the TR Inaugural Site.

The Site does continue to offer outreach programs, and several special events are planned for the closure period.
Regrettably, during the final stages of our renovations, we will be temporarily unable to issue federal recreation passes. This period will begin in late January, 2009. We expect to once again be able to issue passes as of May 31, 2009, 12:00 noon - 5:00 pm daily. You may call 716-884-0095 or check this website for updates.
