Offers a Veterans Program that provides free acupuncture treatments for Veterans returning from Iraq or Afghanistan, as well as Veterans from all other past conflicts or wars and their family members.

Coping with the Psychological Stress of Deployment
DE-Stress stands for Delivery of Self-Training and Education for Stressful Situations. The program offers coached, confidential, online self-help for Marines experiencing ongoing stress symptoms following return from operational deployment.
Defense Centers of Excellence (DCoE) for Psychological Health & Traumatic Brain Injury
A collaborative effort within the Department of Defense (DoD) that works to improve psychological health and traumatic brain injury (TBI) treatment of Service Members. Component organizations include the Defense & Veterans Brain Injury Center (DVBIC), the Center for Deployment Psychology (CDP), the Deployment Health Clinical Center (DHCC), the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress (CSTS) and the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE).
DoD Mental Health Self-Assessment (MHSA) Program
Provides military families and Service Members affected by deployment and mobilization a mental health and alcohol screening and referral program. The Self Assessment for Veterans service is voluntary and anonymous, and it is offered online, by phone, and through special events held at installations and reserve units.
Give an Hour - Free Mental Health Services
The intent of this grant is to study the impact of existing national, state and/or local community-based programs addressing the adjustment and mental health needs of recent combat Veterans, including returning National Guard, Army Reserve and newly separated active duty personnel. Initial deadline for receipt of letters of intent is September 28, 2008. Applications are due by October 28, 2008 and May 1, 2009.

Operated by the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) and provides information and referrals to military Service Members, Veterans, their families and others with questions about psychological health and traumatic brain injury.
