COURT EVENT

On July 25, 2007, Michal Zakrzewski, a/k/a "White Mike," was indicted on one count of conspiracy (18 U.S.C. § 371) and forty-two counts of wire fraud. Zakrzewski was arrested in San Jose, California on June 25, 2007, based on a criminal complaint filed on April 27, 2007. Zakrzewski was arrested in Costa Rica and arrived in the United States on May 30, 2009. An initial hearing was held before Magistrate Judge David Kessler on May 1, 2009. Zakrzewski’s arraignment and detention hearing that had originally been set for May 6, have been moved to May 13, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. before Magistrate Judge David S. Cayer in Magistrate Courtroom, 401 W. Trade Street, Charlotte, N.C.
