Engineer's Estimate (EE) Program

Important Note: You must have separate directories for each of the following: FP03 - US Customary files (including a copy of the EES program), FP03 - Metric files, FP96 - US Customary files (including a copy of the EES program), and FP96 - Metric files (including a copy of the EES program).

The CFL List Files, formatted for the FLH Engineer's Estimate program, are the latest version of the FP96 pay item lists for CFL projects. Download and unzip the files in the appropriate directories.

The CFL Bid History Files, formatted for the FLH EES program, contain only the bid history from CFL projects and are the latest version available. Download and unzip the files in the appropriate directories. Recent CFL project bid tabulations may not be included in Bid_History files, but are posted on the web at: http://www.cflhd.gov/procurement/index.cfm.
