West Region Technology Work GroupThe West Region Technology Work Group (WRTWG) provides regional leadership and coordination for technology transfer within the region. The WRTWG is composed of the State Resource Conservationist from each state plus two State Conservation Engineers and two State Soil Scientists. A Chairperson is selected by the membership to function for an annual term. A West Region State Conservationist is assigned to function as advisor to the WRTWG by the Regional Assistant Chief. The National Technology Specialist from the WNTSC functions as Work Group Coordinator and represents the WNTSC to the Work Group.
