The Division of Refuge Planning performs detailed planning before a national wildlife refuge is established or when the boundary of an existing refuge is changed. 

Individual contacts are listed for each planning project in the Mountain-Prairie Region (6), either in conservation plans or land protection.

Please do not hesitate to contact either an individual refuge or the Division of Refuge Planning if you have comments or concerns.
