Privacy Statement
When you visit the DRC Web site, we store only the following information: the domain name from which you access
the Internet, the date and time you access our site, and the Internet address of the Web site from which you
direct-linked to our site. This information is used to measure the number of visitors to the various sections of
our site and to help us make our site more useful to visitors.
We will not obtain information that will allow us to personally identify you when you visit our site, unless you
choose to provide such information to us. We request voluntary responses to User Surveys and Visitor Profiles on
the DRC Web site, but no personally identifying information is included in these requests. We provide the
opportunity to order our products online, which requires that your name and mailing address are provided to us,
so that we can mail these products to you. If you are concerned about submitting your name and mailing address
online, you may order our products by phone, by mail, or e-mail. When product orders or inquiries are e-mailed to
us, we store the text and the e-mail address so that we can respond electronically. Unless otherwise required by
statute, we do not identify publicly who sends questions, comments, or orders to our Web site.
