ones should be separated before cooking. As with other purple veggies,
the color fades upon cooking.

- This perennial is the most widely grown variety of asparagus in the
U.S. The long, straight spears have nice, tight tips. Excellent when

this perennial to produce at full capacity - it will be worth the wait!
