This is the official Web site for the 4-H National Headquarters of the 4-H Youth Development Program. It is developed and maintained by the 4-H National Headquarters, National Institute of Food and Agriculture, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

The 4-H Name and Emblem are protected by federal statute Title 18 U.S. Code 707. Unauthorized use of the 4-H Name or Emblem is subject to criminal prosecution which may result in a fine of $5,000 for individuals and $10,000 for groups, or imprisonment of not more than six months, or both.

Prior approval is required to use the 4-H Name and Emblem on any product, program, or service. Written authorization must be granted before 4-H Emblems are downloaded from this Web site. Go to the "Name & Emblem" page for more information.
