Program
Developed using the Agency-wide Credibility Through Accountability
(CTA) Process and reported in the Community Accomplishment Reporting System
(CARS)
Primary measures are listed here and highlighted in bold in the tables

- Percentage of US population living in communities managing programs
to plant, protect and maintain their urban and community trees and
forests.
- Percentage of US population living in communities developing
programs and/or activities to plant, protect, and maintain their urban
and community trees and forests.
- Number of people living in communities provided educational,
technical, and/or financial assistance services.
- Number of people living in communities that have the potential to
develop management programs for their trees and forests with assistance
from UCF technical, financial and/or educational program services.
- Federal (USFS) dollar cost or expenditure per capita in community
