Announcements and Meetings
The members of the AUWG meet by teleconference weekly and face to face (3-5 times per year). Minutes of all meetings are recorded.
Teleconferences:
- Next Teleconference: 19 January 2009, 4:00-5:00pm Eastern USA Time (GMT -5:00)
- Meetings are on Mondays, 4:00 to 5:00pm, Eastern USA Time (GMT -5:00). To determine what time this is in your region, please consult the world clock meeting planner. Since Daylight Saving Time changeovers occur at different times in different countries, please check the times each week.

- An IRC text chat (server: irc.w3.org, port: 6665, channel: #au) is used for minuting.
- Group members can respond to surveys. New proposals are due by Thursday for inclusion in the next survey.
Face to face meetings:
- Meeting locations are distributed internationally and are announced at least eight weeks in advance.

About the AUWG
The Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines (ATAG) Working Group (AUWG) develops guidelines and techniques to assist authoring tool software developers to make tools, and the content that the tools generate, more accessible to people with disabilities. See the Working Group Charter (extended through June 2008) outlines the goals, work methods, and requirements for participation.
