Recently, the OTP database has been upgraded, been rewritten using a more stable and powerful development tool. In the near future, Area Office staff will be able to request access to the database. Development of a Web-enabled version should begin in the near future.
With the new software, users have capabilities to format and print their own reports and labels (i.e., by Area, State, Group, etc.). In addition, users can send reports and labels to others by E-mail or by copying to a disk. Changes in the data can only be made by designated OTP staff. If you find any incorrect data, or need to request access to the database, please send an E-mail to Felicia.roach@ihs.gov. If you experience problems in connecting to the database, contact the HQ Help Desk at 301-443-2423 during normal business hours.
