The Air Resources Laboratory's Section 508 standards are:

Federal agency devoted to making information accessible for

(WAI) guidelines, and the site currently meets Level A conformance of
W3C-WAI Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0. The
Web
Accessibility Initiative (WAI) is a World-Wide Web
initiative to make the Web accessible to people with disabilities,
and the WAI has been appointed to the Advisory Committee for the
revision of U.S. Section 255 guidelines and Section 508 standards,
which include Web accessibility.
