Important Notice
Because I receive a large volume of mail, I must restrict my
e-mail responses to residents of the cities and towns that make up the
Fourth Congressional District of Massachusetts.
Therefore, to send me an e-mail, please use the House of
Representatives Write Your Representative website and include your
street address and zip code in order to confirm the location of your
residence. Because of limited staff and office resources, I
will not be able to respond to e-mails from people who live outside the 4th District.
Contact us
Please choose one of the following options to ensure the fastest possible response.
- Request federal government assistance
If
you live in my district and you need assistance with an individual
matter relating to the federal government, such as a Social Security
problem, please do not send an e-mail. Instead, please call or
visit the nearest District Office where my staff can better assist you.
The contact information for the offices is listed below.
- Request Washington tours, internship information, or other constituent services
Please do not e-mail me to arrange tours; the staff in my Massachusetts offices can better assist you.
- E-mail Congressman Frank
Please use the House form to confirm your location. Most e-mails
will be read on the day they arrive, and all our constituents will
receive a response in as timely a manner as possible, sometimes by
conventional mail.
Mailing addresses
Residents of the 4th Congressional District should send mail regarding
legislative inquiries to my Washington Office. Requests relating to
individual casework or other inquiries that would require more
specialized assistance should be sent to the nearest district office.
Because of the discovery of poisonous biological agents, mail sent to
Congress via the U.S. Postal Service now goes through additional
security protocols that can delay its delivery to individual
Congressional offices by several weeks or more in some cases. As a
result, anyone who sends a letter to my Washington office could
experience a significant delay before receiving a response. Therefore,
if you require rapid assistance, and you are a resident of the 4th
District, I suggest that you contact me by telephone or email. You have
my assurances that I will respond to every constituent request as
expeditiously as possible.
