The
Oklahoma Lead-Based Paint Management Act designates the Department
of Environmental Quality as the official agency for implementing
the Lead-Based Paint Management Program. The Department operates
a certification and accreditation program. Certification is required
of all individuals and firms who offer and/or perform lead-based
paint services. |
Accreditation is required of all educational institutions
that provide lead-based paint training for certification purposes.
The Department charges nonrefundable fees for certification and
accreditation services.
