How do I register for a VSPS account?To use VSPS,
you need to have a USDA eAuthentication account with level 2 access.
Once you have that eAuthentication account, you can logon to VSPS.
Follow these steps to begin using VSPS.
- If you already have an eAuthentication account with level 2 access, skip to Step #3.
- If you don't have an eAuthentication account, or have one with level 1 access, go to
http://www.eauth.egov.usda.gov/
and follow the instructions to get a new account or upgrade an existing one.
- Once you have your eAuthentication user id and password, go to
the VSPS Login page at
https://vsps.aphis.usda.gov/vsps/public/CRLogin.do.
- Click on the Log In button on the left side of the page. At the Warning page, click
Continue.
- Enter your eAuthentication user id and password, then click on Login. If you get a Security Alert,
click on Yes.
- You are now inside the VSPS application, but not registered as a user. Follow the instructions
within VSPS to complete your registration.
