The Simplified Purchase Agreement (SPA) is a streamlined printing procurement
vehicle for use by the U.S. Government Printing Office’s Federal customer agencies.
Our customer agencies will be able to acquire publishing and information products
and services valued up to $10,000 from local commercial vendors.
This procurement vehicle offers our customers:
Control — Allowing customer agencies to directly place their
orders with a vendor of their choice.
Convenience — Customer agencies placing orders with local
vendors based on their individual schedule requirements.
Best Value — The concept of embracing price, responsiveness, business practices,
convenience, and courteous service.
Reliability — The SPA ensures compliance with GPO
contract requirements (ie., QATAP, JCP paper specs, etc...)
