@LaurenV The pain in the butt part is Alaska reps aren't taking phone calls, it is a recorded message only, so have to try and do it online |
@ron_carson Yep, they give an email addy to request a refund tho. And pretty much everything is booked up online until the 25th |
Alaska airlines phone is busy, when you finally get through, its a recording saying hey we know your flight got cancelled, email for refund! |
