About the camera
140th Ave. N.E. (Willows Road) at N.E. 124th St. is located in unincorporated King County south of Kingsgate area and just north of the City of Redmond boundary. 140th Ave. N.E. is a minor arterial south of N.E. 124th St. and serves as access to the City of Redmond at Redmond Way and connects into West Lake Sammamish Pkwy. to provide access to SR 520. 140th Ave. N.E. north of N.E. 124th St. is a commercial access street that continues to the Kingsgate area of unincorporated King County. N.E. 124th St. is a principal arterial route that connects the residential areas west of Interstate-405 in the northend of Kirkland to I-405, continues to the Totem Lake area and further east to SR 202 finally ending at Avondale Road north of the City of Redmond. This intersection is on the King County Regional Arterial Network (RAN).
