Victim Advocate Volunteer Program Thank you for your interest in the Volunteer Program within the Domestic Violence Victim Advocacy Unit of the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Our office typically conducts one 36-hour volunteer training session each fall but will not be holding a training in the fall of 2008. If you are interested in volunteering with the Domestic Violence Unit please feel free to contact the Volunteer Coordinator, Sandra Shanahan at Sandra.Shanahan@kingcounty.gov. Please note that because we will not be hosting a training this fall, priority will be given to individuals who have already completed a Domestic Violence Victim Advocacy Training sponsored by a community based domestic violence agency.
