About Us
Vision

The Motor Carrier Transportation Division is committed to several revolutionary initiatives to modernize trucking and radically change the way we do business in this state. Throughout the Division we're adopting ideas that bring efficiencies to government and the trucking industry. For example, our Green Light Program saves time and money while increasing weigh station capacity by weighing trucks on the highway and sending a green light signal to those with transponders if they don't need to stop at a weigh station. Also, our Trucking Online Internet service brings permit processing, road-use tax reporting and payment, and other truck transactions as close as the nearest computer, making it easier for companies to keep on truckin' in Oregon.

We hope you find our Web site helpful, or take a moment to E-mail comments regarding how to make it better. Welcome, and thank you for visiting us on the Internet!
