The list includes both environmental Records of Decision (ROD) and Findings of No Significant Impact (FONSI), which are approvals required under the regulations implementing the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969. Although the list of projects below represents only a portion of FTA’s environmental decision documents in recent years, FTA is working towards making this webpage a comprehensive list in the future.
