My name is Michael Hershberger and I am the Branch Chief for the Advancements and Separations Branch of the Enlisted Personnel Management Division. Our staff consists of 11 personnel (5 military, 6 civilians). Our branch has the overall responsibility for many personnel functions, which includes the following listed below. In addition, we also work very closely with the Assignment Branch (CGPC-epm-2) in coordinating Separations, Extensions, Retirements, EAD's and many other programs.
