Wellness Programs
The
Cardiovascular Health and Wellness Program offers a variety of programs
and materials which can be used in a worksite or community setting to
engage employees or community members in fun and supportive activities
that lead to healthier lifestyles.
The wellness programs listed below promote physical activity and nutrition,
while community planning models can assist in the assessment, planning,
prioritizing, implementation and evaluation of chronic disease health
promotion programs.
The titles below are available as PDF files. It is recommended
that you download each file to your computer for easy access. All downloaded
materials may be copied and distributed as needed.
