Sixth Bi-Annual Conference
Public Health Laboratory
Directors of Texas
The Sixth Bi-Annual Conference of Public Health Laboratory Directors of Texas was held in Austin, Texas April 18-20, 2007. The meeting was attended by public health laboratory directors from across the state and included directors from city and county laboratories, as well as from the state laboratory. The meeting covered a broad range of issues facing laboratories today, including NELAC certification, pandemic influenza and other preparedness activities, laboratory workshops and new technologies. We are providing links to most of the presentations given during the meeting for your use and to share with your staff. The next meeting is scheduled for either October or November 2007. We look forward to seeing everyone there.
